150gm caster sugar
350gm ground almound
2 no lemon zest
2 no orange zest
5gm cinnamon powder
5 no egg
Method
Mix together ricotta cheese, castor sugar, ground almound, lemon and orange zest, cinnamon powder and egg in bowl. Wisk all ingredient until combine and add in tart casting. Bake 180C arround 25 minutes until the colour golden brown. Keep in the room tempreture.
