CHOCOLATE PUDDING

500ml         fresh milk
25gm           cocoa powder
4 no             egg
125gm        caster sugar

Method
Make little bit caramel sugar and add in the bowl. Mix all ingredient fresh milk, cocoa powder, eggs and castor sugar, wisk until combine. Add in the bowl. Bake water buff in the oven until the pudding set. Tempreture oven is 180C.
