Almond Mango Cake

270gm       castor sugar
270gm       unsalted butter
50gm         almond paste
1 no            lemon skin & juice
3 drop       vanilla essence
4 no           eggs
100gm      ground almond
120gm      cake flour
300gm     mango puree
Method
Beat castor sugar, unsalted butter and almond paste in machine bowl until fluffy. Add in lemon zest and juice and vanilla essence. Add in egg one at a time. Lastly add ground almond, cake flour and mango puree in the better. Bake with square cake tray in the oven until the colour like golden brown. (tempreture 180 C)
