Apple Pudding

500ml              apple juice
200gm             castor sugar
4 no                  eggs
40gm               gelatine powder
420ml              whipping cream

Method
Mix egg yolk and sugar in double bowl until creamy. Add in gelatine and wisk until all ingredient fine. After that add in apple juice and lastly unsweetened whipping cream and wisk until all ingredient combine. Transfer in the glass and keep in chiller for give a set.
