APPLE PIE DOUGH

550gm      butter
120gm      castor sugar
3 no           egg
250ml       fresh milk
1125gm    cake flour

Beat butter and sugar till fluffy. Add egg one by one, and continue beat for 5 minutes. Fold in flour. Take out, and keep in a chiller for 1 hour, before rolling for base.
