Scones

100gm        butter
100gm        sugar
2 nos           egg
450ml         fresh milk
250ml         fresh cream
900gm       flour
50gm         baking powder
200gm      raisin

Method
In a mixing bowl or a mixer, mix butter, sugar, egg, flour and baking powder.
Mix it well, then add in the raisin.
While mixing or beating it slowly pour in the fresh milk and the cream.
Once it turn into a dough take it out, roll it flat with a rolling pin and leave it to rest for abaut 15 minutes, cover it with plastic.
Get a round cutter and stat cutting it. Again let it rest for about another 15 minutes.
Bake in the oven at temperature of 200'C for about 15 minutes until golden brown.
