BANANA TOFFEE TORTE

 

250gm           castor sugar

160gm           unsalted butter

160gm           cake flour

400ml            fresh cream

400ml            fresh milk



250gm           fresh banana

1nos               lemon juice

 250gm          whipping cream

250gm            plain sponge cake

150gm            coconut

 

Method

Caramelize castor sugar and unsalted butter and add in soft flour and mix together. Add in fresh cream bit one at a time and continue  with fresh milk also bit at a time. After finish remove from the heat.

Take a one layer vanilla sponge cake and coat with sugar syrup and layer with toffee cream. Cut slice fresh banana and mix with lemon juice and arrange nicely on top coffee cream and layer with whipping cream on top. Make same method for second layer. Keep in the chilled for give a set.
